Research

To understand the key friction points in the insurance discovery journey, we conducted competitive analysis and user research across policyholders and prospective clients:

  • Complex Terminology: Users often feel overwhelmed by dense technical jargon and legal policy language, leading to hesitation and abandoned inquiries.
  • Lack of Clarity Across Insurance Branches: Clients struggled to identify which specific policy branch best fit their unique personal or business situation.
  • Trust & Credibility Barriers: In the financial and insurance sectors, visual design and transparent communication are the primary drivers of user trust.
  • Mobile Accessibility: Over 60% of users seeking quick coverage quotes or claim submissions initiated their search on mobile devices.
Challenge

The client’s legacy web presence faced several operational and UX bottlenecks:

  • Fragmented Service Offerings: No clear breakdown or categorization of the various insurance branches offered (Personal vs. Business risk management).
  • Low Lead Conversion: The quote request forms were generic, long, and unoptimized, causing high drop-off rates before submission.
  • Outdated Interface: The visual presentation did not reflect the broker’s professional expertise, expertise, and personalized advisory services.
The UX/UI & Development Process
1. Prototyping & Visual Strategy in Adobe XD
  • Wireframing & Information Architecture: Designed low and high-fidelity wireframes in Adobe XD to map out clear navigation pathways for different insurance sectors.
  • Interactive Prototyping: Built interactive screen flows in Adobe XD to test form interactions, menu navigation, and CTA placements prior to web development.
  • Design System & Component Library: Created scalable typography, trust badges, custom icons for each insurance branch, and UI component libraries inside Adobe XD.
2. Custom WordPress & Elementor Pro Engineering

Modular Page Architecture: Built a clean, custom WordPress structure using Elementor Pro, allowing distinct landing pages for each insurance branch (Health, Life, Property, Commercial).

Dynamic Quote Inquiry Funnels: Developed segmented, user-friendly quote request forms adapted to specific insurance branches, significantly reducing form friction.

Performance & Mobile Optimization: Optimized code, image assets, and responsiveness across all mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports to ensure fast load times and seamless navigation.

3. QA Testing & Launch

Conducted cross-browser validation, mobile usability testing, and security checks to guarantee reliable lead transmission to the broker’s sales team.

Conclusion

By translating complex insurance categories into a clean, human-centered digital platform, the new website positions the broker as a trusted risk partner. The combination of structured Adobe XD prototyping and custom WordPress/Elementor development delivered a fast, responsive, and high-converting experience that simplifies quote inquiries for both individual and corporate clients.
